With our membership, you'll have peace of mind that your HVAC equipment will be serviced and maintained by professionals.

With the ELM Maintenance Membership, you'll receive two maintenance visits per year, each including a 30 point inspection of the heating and cooling system and a 1” filter replacement.

Membership includes:

  • a discount on service calls, including emergencies
  • preferred customer service - a service technician will arrive within 24 hours of your call
  • 10% discount of all parts
  • 1 yr warranty on any parts we install, as long as your Maintenance Membership is in effect on a continuing basis.
